Carl Eldh's Ateljémuseum has closed for the season but we have taken a series of precautions that apply even when booked views, programs and events during low season. In case of public openness, drop in with limited number of visitors indoors, location is awaited outdoors in the museum's garden.

The Carl Eldh studio in Bellevue is now a public museum, "Carl Eldh Ateljémuseum", with two studio rooms stocked from floor to ceiling with drawings, sculptures, tools and other personal belongings. A visit reflects not on the creative activity of an individual sculptor, but allows direct study of his era. Since May, entwined amidst and into the clutter of sculpted white bodies now inhabiting the space that was once home and studio to the late Swedish sculptor Carl Eldh were several linear geometric constructions, composed primarily of brightly coloured thread. Especially in the part of the museum called the Rotunda. It’s like witnessing a revelation – far more biblical than sci-fi.
